It’s Christmas Eve and Chris and I are watching Elf. Now I could say that my favorite Christmas movie is It’s a Wonderful Life, Miracle on 34th Street or even A Christmas Story. That would sound better. But it wouldn’t be true. My favorite Christmas movie is Elf. I never get sick of it. It makes me laugh, which makes me happy. which makes me smile. Which is good because “smiling is my favorite.”

Oh boy looks like I’m the lone dissenter. I turned that movie off – ugh – not my kind of humor. And I swear I’m a not a grinch! I LOVE some of his other movies, just not this one. Regardless – MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

Yep. Still love you. I can’t count the number of times Husband Mike and I have chirped, “Buddy the Elf, what’s your favorite color?” over the course of the past two weeks.
My brother and I actually had a conversation on Christmas Day about what a great movie “Elf” is and how some Christmas movies are good but “Elf” is, well, “Elf.”
