My favorite thing in the new Anthropologie catalog is…

THIS HAIR!

Seriously. I’m dying. There are only two things that keep me from flying out the door to demand an on the spot haircut appointment at Aveda right now: fear of bangs and the sheer amount of product that I would require to keep my hair looking that sleek.

So instead I’ll just drool over the catalog and fantasize about a parallel universe in which I have no wrinkles and THAT HAIR.

I’m also swooning over the photography which is, as usual, extraordinary.

But my real favorite item is this blouse.

I have a Anthro gift card from Christmas burning a hole in my pocket right now… If I could only find the time to drop by a store to try it on… This of course, says a lot about the number of opportunities I will have to wear such a thing of beauty. But it would be nice to have it on reserve, to wear around the house during nap time, to stick my head in the closet so I could rub it against my cheek while nobody’s looking…

I discovered Anthropologie in Boulder… and every time you post something from their catalogue, I'm left wishing (again) that we had their shops over here.

The hair is great but my #1? That pink cardigan in the third shot. Seriously, I need one. Right Now.

Very cute – both the blouse and the hair. I got that haircut last January. It lasted about three weeks – the upkeep was killer!

You should totally do it! Sure, it won't always look that good (what haircut does with kids!), but it's fun to change things up every once in a while.

You would so rock that hair! And if you didn't like the bangs, you could just pin them back for a month until they grew out a little!

I say do it. Seriously, you only live once, right?

I'm laughing right now because I googled 'anthropologie catalog hair' to see if anyone else has this obsession and found you! Then I clicked on your Style Key West blog and there sits the mermaid vase I just bought… maybe we are long lost twins LOL. Thanks for the laugh! Susanne – Seattle
