The other day on The Big Piece of Cake, I posted some pictures of shirts I bought for Eleanor at Target. And many readers wanted the pale blue ruffled one for themselves (count me in for that). And why not – since ruffles and embellishments are still holding strong as a preferred fashion statement for the girly girls out there.
